Florenza Jewelry

Dan Kasoff started producing jewelry in the early 1930's. The Florenza name was first used in the late 1940's and the company ceased operation in 1981.
Based in New York City, their designs resemble old Victorian and Renaissance Revival jewelry and always exhibited quality workmanship and materials. Not all Florenza jewelry was marked and the designs varied. They made jewelry for companies including Weiss, Kramer, Coro, Capri, Carnegie
and many others.

Kaywin Novelty was the company Dan Kasoff started in the 1930's with partner Marty Weiner. This was prior to starting the Florenza Company which was named after his wife Florence.
They started marking jewelry as follows:
Started marking items Florenza - 1949?-1950
With the copyright mark - 1955-1981
They also used the gold foil hang with the name "Florenza"
